Over the last couple of years, I have transitioned to eat less white rice and more towards brown rice, wild rice blends. I actually eat a lot of rice! I really love any type of wild rice blend that includes black rice just because it feels more wholesome and filling than white rice.
This particular blend is my new addiction! It’s jasmine rice (yum), product of Thailand and organic! It has brown & black organic jasmine rice and organic red rice. It takes a little longer than white rice to cook but totally worth it!
I’m not a fan of using rice cookers – I prefer using a regular saucepan and I like to add salt and bit of oil and cumin (jeera) seeds just to give it something extra!
Add this rice to any meal, and I’m certain you’ll enjoy the change!
xoxo!
